This is what I crave for the world to be. This is what I desire for every single human being to be. To show up as you. To show up in your strength, in your being, in your truth. I desire to get rid of shame…

I desire that hidden aspects within each of us can be freed. I desire a change, a transformation. I believe that this transformation is near and that we can all be part in unleashing what is ready to be born, to be shown and to be seen. Seen in its raw authenticity, in its beauty, in its light and in its darkness. The darkness is earth, is the body, is the roots.

The roots grow in darkness. So darkness is as essential als light. And I desire for the world to see this. This is why I am guiding people on embodiment journeys and guided meditations. To uncover and see what lies within, what lies dormant, that wants to be seen and freed. What lies dormant, that makes us only half, not whole.

What lies dormant and is a strength and a power that can make you so powerful and beautiful and soft. It is what is needed. It is what this world is lacking. And I know that there is more that wants to be born and created through me in this field.

So far I guide people to feel emotions, archetypes and sides of themselves that are often hidden away or shamed by society and nonetheless lie dormant and want to be awakened.Because there is beauty and strength in that, that lies hidden.
