MODULE ONE: THE FOUNDATION
Establishing a clear picture of who you are, looking at the topics of Self, The Body & Emotions.
WEEK 1
Self
Establish the meaning of the Self through first shedding & letting go off what no longer serves you, through questioning and then reestablishing your image of the Self.
WEEK 2
Body
(Re-) connect to your Body’s desires through dropping into listening, slowing down and creating this beautiful and loving relationship with your Body.
WEEK 3
Emotions
Creating clarity around your emotions, What are you feeling and how to be with your emotions. Dedicating time and space for your emotions and being in an embodied presence with them.
1x Integration Week
MODULE TWO: THE TOOLS
Working with Dance, Plants & Magic to (re-)connect you to your Creativity and inner Power.
WEEK 5
Movement &
Dance
Establishing intuitive movement & dance as a healing tool. Connecting to this innate desires and impulses of our body and finding ways to bring this into fluid movements.
WEEK 6
Nature &
Plants
Feeling this reconnection to nature which is all around us and everywhere. Move, speak and act with this connecting established. In this process finding your plant ally(ies).
WEEK 7
Creativity &
Magic
Find magic & creativity in everything you do. It being a constant in your life that you are ready to open up to, through this it becoming a daily habit.

MODULE THREE: INTEGRATION
WEEK 9
Pleasure & Radiance
Access pleasure in everything you do, as it is our birth right and see how you can step into your unique radiance.
Bringing it all together,
so that you can live your life from pleasure, become embodied in your Radiance and feel alive in everything you do.
WEEK 10
Aliveness
Feel this buzzing aliveness everyday and reconnect back to this innate aliveness which we often were able to feel as children.
WEEK 11
Follow your
Path
Integrating everything that you have learned so that you feel empowered to live your life and follow your own unique Path

HOW DOES THIS COURSE WORK?
The Course is sorted into 3x3 weeks of Content with one integration week in between (Module 1/2/3 each: 3 weeks Content + 1 week integration week).This means that there will be three consecutive weeks of content followed by one week of integration. This happens three times for in total 12 weeks. So in total 9 weeks of content plus 3 weeks of integration.
Each week will be focused on a new Topic. One live teaching call will happen on Mondays & one live Q&A call on Friday. Additionally each module consists of a guided pre-recorded practice and a guided meditation that you can do in your own time. To support you in this process there will be journaling prompts & a simple Workbook to take notes & deepen your journey further.
This Course is designed to be inspiring, educational and practical, so that you can apply what you learn and start seeing changes in your life.
